Purpose: New myocardial revascularization method– myocardial shockwave therapy (MSWT)- stimulates angiogenesis in experimental studies. We hypothesize, that MSWT improves myocardial global and regional contraction in patients with stable ischemic heart disease, regardless of baseline contractility.
